In addition, WAC may disclose the User’s data to third parties for the following reasons: if WAC is under a duty to disclose or share such personal data to comply with any legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property or safety of its business, its customers or others. in response to official requests (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, search warrants, national security requests, etc.) ("Requests") that we receive from government authorities or parties to legal proceedings. We handle user’s location Requests under user’s location law. If the Request originates from a foreign jurisdiction, we will typically disclose information where we in good faith believe that disclosure is permitted by both jurisdictions. In all cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us, in our sole discretion. where we reasonably believe that someone's life is at risk. For example, if we become aware of a person threatening to commit suicide, we may share that person's data with appropriate entities that may have the ability to help. in situations involving legal claims against us or one of our users. If you challenge such a notice, we may share your response with the complainant. with potential transaction partners, advisors, and others in the event our company is, in whole or part, acquired by a third party. Your personal information may be stored on servers located in, and may be accessed by WAC’s employees and contractors located in one or more countries outside of the country in which you reside。And by using an Application, the Services or the Site you consent to the transfer of your Information to countries, which may be outside of your country of residence and may provide for different and less stringent data protection rules than in your country. If you object to your Information being transferred or used as described in this Policy, please do not use any Application, the Services or the Site and immediately delete all Applications from your User Devices.

WACuses commercially reasonable and industry standard security technologies and safeguards to protect the User’s personal data processed by WACagainst unauthorized access, loss or destruction, unlawful processing and any processing which is inconsistent with the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We also expect our service providers to protect information in the same manner. No data transmission over the Internet, mobile networks, wireless transmission or electronic storage of information, however, can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us.

Duration of the storage

WACwill seek to minimize the amount of personal information that it collects and maintains and will delete personal data once it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected. WACwill store the collected personal data for the duration of the contract and 60 days after the termination of the contract. In case the User does so, it does not mean that anything WAChas done with the User’s personal data with its consent up to that point is unlawful but WACwill not use the user’s personal data for that purpose in the future.
• (11) The right to define instructions The User has the right to define general or specific instructions regarding storage, deletion and use of its personal data after death.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who are under the minimum required ages specified herein. Individuals under the applicable age may use our services only through a parent or legal guardian's account and with their involvement. When using the Services, you must always comply with applicable laws. The following restrictions apply in particular to your use of the Services. You may not

• Transfer or sell a user account to a third party.
• Allow your account to be used on behalf of any third party, including those who are not eligible to use the Service as described above.
• Allow any other person to access your account.
• Access your account for any purpose other than personal use and not for any business or commercial purpose.
• Use virtual private networks (“VPNs”), proxies, or any other means to mask the true source of traffic or your location when using the Services.
• Use any means to circumvent the proper functioning of the Services, including, but not limited to, the following: i) any electronic means, such as internet robots or web bots (“bots”), to generate automated browsing, clicks or transitions; ii) allowing users to forge data associated with their cell phone inputs or allowing users to appear to be using their cell phone while it is actually idle with the software (e.g., iii) the use of any type of emulator to access the Services, regardless of the platform on which the emulator is used; iv) software that can be used to modify a game or unlock in-game content for free (which would otherwise need to be purchased); v) any means of distributing harmful or malicious computer code (e.g., viruses) through or into the Services; vi) use of a rooted device or an account on any device to which the User has been granted root access or privileged control (rooted devices are not supported devices and access to them may be blocked at any time) or other unusual behavior to obtain a Reward
• Use of disposable email addresses that automatically forward messages to an alternate address, or disposable email addresses that automatically access and open authentication links sent to them.
• Access the Services through software and services developed and provided by RewardReef, whether in the Google Play Store, the App Store, on the web, or software developed by RewardReef for applications provided by third parties.
• Choose to have another person's username, character, or bio used by or impersonating another person, or one that RewardReef reasonably determines is vulgar, offensive, or infringes on the rights of another person.
• Engage in any behavior that disrupts or interferes with a third party's use and enjoyment of the Services.
• Participate in fraudulent or synthetic games, or knowingly make fraudulent purchases in a game.
• Use the Services in any manner that violates the Community Guidelines or violates applicable local, state/provincial, federal and foreign laws, including, but not limited to, laws relating to privacy, electronic communications and anti-spam legislation.

Any account, device or user operation that appears to violate the Rules of Conduct is a material breach of this Agreement and may be suspected of fraudulent activity and reported to the appropriate authorities. If we have reason to believe that any User activity, gameplay, or units earned are the result of fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise in violation of these Terms (including the Rules of Conduct in this section), we will investigate and take action, including, but not limited to, deleting any units, suspending access to units, rewards, or accounts, or permanently blocking the account or device, and provide notice if required by law. We will consider in good faith any information provided by a user to demonstrate that the use of the account is not fraudulent and is in compliance with these Terms.
